II Show Kids Art “No Bee, Without food”
The art exhibition in the open and welcomed surprised 2557 Grove visitors and Municipal Zoo Fabio Barreto on Sunday, day 29 of September, opening spring and bringing to the public the artistic dimension of the Environmental Education Project "Without Bee, No food "that has been held since May by NGO Bee or Not to Be in partnership with the Ribeirão Preto City Hall (PEA / SMMA e CAAF / SME) and support of Apisflora, Group Baron of Mauá and Construction Pagano.
participated 25 schools, 115 educators (teachers and coordinators) and cerca de 3000 thousand students of 3rd and 4th year EF Municipal Network Ribeirao Preto Teaching, in individual and collective work that instigated the audience with his art, reflection and excitement about knowledge assimilated over the life of bees, biodiversity and beauty of the interaction between bees and flowers for sustainable balance of nature.
The technique of the work was free and students were able to share their creative expression in drawings, paintings, watercolors, collages and three-dimensional installations – exposed panels, easels and tables, from the entrance of the park to the wide Meliponary Grove where it happened the 5th edition of the Education Fair and Bees Products "At World of Bees". Throughout Sunday, scholars, researchers and bee breeders in the Ribeirão Preto region dedicated to sharing knowledge and experiences on bee flora and fauna. Speeches, live demonstrations and storytelling also illustrated the theme of the event.
We appreciate the participation and involvement of all with the desire of seeing the children grow happier and more connected to nature, aware and attentive to the great work of our little friends bees, respecting and rejoicing in the presence of bees in the home garden, in the squares, parks, natural and cultivated areas of the city.
